  First time here, came in for shakes, and we were seated next to an extremely noisy table full of a girls high school basketball team, when there was plenty of other seating. Took over an hour to get our order, but service was friendly enough.
  
  Second time was during dinner, my dad got fish n chips, baked beans and a side salad. When it finally came to the table, there was no seasoning on my fries as I had asked, and they completely forgot about the baked beans and side salad, when they finally brought the beans, they were cold. But once again service was friendly, and apologetic of their mistake.
  
  Third time (and final straw) was yesterday for breakfast. We went in the drive through to get blueberry pancakes, and received 1 single pancake with some blueberries on top when I'm pretty sure it should have come with 3. Definitely not looking like in the menu, no whip cream, and also no fork.
  
  I know this Steak n Shake is pretty new (like 1 year old) but it's like they have no idea what they're doing. Even the management needs retrained.

  The food and shakes were very good. The wait staff was personable and quite helpful. I'm withholding the fifth star because they were short-handed. They needed a hostess and a cashier to expedite the service. We will go back again when we are traveling I70.
